Power Failure: Round Two
As you may be aware, last month we had some unexpected downtime due to a Power Failure as our server hosts data center. We were assured that this issue should not have happend - and that it would NOT happen again.

Fast forward to 3.30PM EST Today (March 6th 2015), another "Power Distribution" event occured. We believe this it TOTALLY unacceptable, but we ask for your understanding in the fact that this was beyond our control.

We have been assured that this issue is now fixed.  We will also be putting a contingency into place to ensure that this never happens again.

Again - we failed, and we're sorry.

Power Failure
We would like to apologise for the unexpected downtime that we experienced yesterday.

At around 2PM EST yesterday (10th February 2015) our service provider experienced a UPS Power Failure. This lead to NibbleBit, as well as over 500 other websites to fail. The issue was rectified after around 4-5 hours. We were assured that this issue would never happen - but it obviously failed on this occasion.

This situation was beyond our control, and like our visitors, we had to wait until the power was back "on".

In case of future unexpected downtime, please follow our @NibbleBitTweets Twitter account. There we can provide updates while our services are experiencing issues.

We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

If you have any questions, queries or require help - please don't hesitate to contact us at support@nibblebit.com.

NibbleBit Blog Feeds
One of our new upgrades with NibbleBit 2.0 is feeds. We have built a specially designed feed platform that will now show feeds in RSS, ATOM, JSON and JSONP by callback.

The upgrade includes FULLY VALIDATED feeds and unlike our old feeds - blog images will now be shown on feeds. Post content before any "more after the jump" tags, will be shown with a link to the full post content on your blog.

To view your blog's (or any Nibblebit blog's) feed we have 3 dedicated URLS:

    1. /feed/ and /feed/rss/ - BOTH will show the RSS version of your blog.
      E.G http://blog.nibblebit.com/feed/rss/
    2. /feed/atom/ - This will show the ATOM version of your blog.
      E.G http://blog.nibblebit.com/feed/atom/
    3. /feed/json/ - This will show the JSON encoded version of your blog.
      E.G http://blog.nibblebit.com/feed/json/
    4. /feed/json/?callback=? - Adding a callback to the JSON encoded version will enable JSONP.
      E.G http://blog.nibblebit.com/feed/json/?callback=feed_function

If you need help with feeds, please contact support.

Downtime Issues Dec. 9th
Today we had to perform some unscheduled security maintenance which lasted around 10 minutes.

This was completed successfully - but shortly afterwards we had some issues that were beyond our control that may have reduced the speed of our service for a small minority of our visitors. We apologize unreservedly for any inconvenience this caused.

This issue is now fixed.

Please check back soon for more information on updates we have in store...
